Sunday, August 27, 2017This is a very useful book for someone who has had exposure to ASC 740 in the past, but is currently not exposed to it. This is a book in which you can read and study it in about 1 hour to refresh your knowledge that you may have regarding ASC 740.

The author treats a complex subject in the book of only few pages and think that it is good enough to sell and get paid...Outrageous behavior....

Had the information I needed for a class. Straight to the point.

This isn't anything more than you could find on your own with a quick Internet search. In fact, this is simply a bound version of a blog post with incredibly large margins around the entire page to stretch this "book" to 33 pages (Page 34 is blank). It's so poorly edited that even her blog's URL on the back cover has a typo. Save your $6.99 - 8.99, and find your own examples online.

Was disappointed, explanation was too elementary and did not really give info, necessary to computetax footnote.

Very well written guide, and it helped make a lot of the issues clear. I wish she'd write more such books.

Saria Nadeem breaks down tax deferment for tax professionals as well as people that are not as tax savvy. This is a phenomenal read for anybody trying to get a grip of ASC 740.
